1 1/2 teaspoons of Inspiced One Love Jamaican Jerk
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 lemon or lime, cut into wedges
Combine Inspiced One Love and olive oil in a large bowl.
Add the lobster tails and toss to coat with the mixture.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours, depending on the degree of spice you want.
Preheat grill to 400-450. Skewer the halved lobster tail if you want to keep them straight and prevent curling while cooking
Place the lobster meat side down on a preheated grill. Grill for about 4 minutes or until shell turns bright red. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes. (You can also cook under the broiler for 4-5 minutes)
Remove from heat and serve on a platter with lemon or lime wedges, and butter for dipping.
