  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 red snapper fillets, skin on, about 4 ounces each
  • 1 tablespoon Inspiced Alchemy


  1. Preheat the broiler to high.
  2. Brush a little oil over each piece of fish and season with Alchemy.
  3. Place under the hot broiler, skin side up, and broil 2-3 minutes on each side until just tender and flaky.
