Sprinkle Bourbon Street Bae over the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
When ready to cook, heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Pour any excess moisture off the marinated shrimp and add in a layer to the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until browned.
Add the garlic, stir, and cook for 30 seconds. Garnish with cilantro or parsley and lime wedges. Serve with pasta, tacos, salad, or rice.
