  • 1 cup flat-leaf parsley,
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
  • 1 large garlic clove or 1 small shallot
  • 1 tablespoon champagne, red or white wine vinegar, or rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Inspiced Everyday Gourmet


  1. Finely chop the parsley, oregano and garlic or shallot or pulse all ingredients in a food processor. Place ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir in the vinegar, lime juice, olive oil, and chili flakes. Add Inspiced Everyday Gourmet to taste.
