  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and then sliced
  • 1 ½ lb white fish fillets (such as cod, sole, snapper, etc)
  • 1 teaspoon Inspiced ATL Bound
  • Parsley, minced (to serve)


  1. Preheat oven to 425•F
  2. Heat butter over medium heat in small pan. Add garlic and let saute for 1 minute then add the lemon zest.
  3. Place sliced lemons in the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Season the fish fillets with Inspiced ATL Bound and then lay them atop the lemon slices. Spoon the garlic butter mixture over the top of the fillets. 
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until flaky. 
  6. Serve with parsley.
