LEMON & LAVENDER SCALLOPS

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

1 pound scallops, muscles removed

1 teaspoon Inspiced Lem-N-Lav

½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Add olive oil to a skillet heated over high heat.
  2. Season scallops with Lem-N-Lav and black pepper.
  3. Add butter to skillet.  
  4. Sear scallops in the olive oil and butter until golden brown, about 1½-2 minutes per side.
  5. Serve.
