LEMON & LAVENDER SCALLOPS
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound scallops, muscles removed
1 teaspoon Inspiced Lem-N-Lav
½ teaspoon black pepper
- Add olive oil to a skillet heated over high heat.
- Season scallops with Lem-N-Lav and black pepper.
- Add butter to skillet.
- Sear scallops in the olive oil and butter until golden brown, about 1½-2 minutes per side.
