  • Inspiced Everyday Gourmet
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup onions, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Inspiced Mumbai Magic
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1½  teaspoon Inspiced SPG Trifecta
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped for serving (optional)
  • Rice, for serving


  1. Slice chicken into strips. Season with Everyday Gourmet
  2. Melt butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add tomatoes, onions, Mumbai Magic, turmeric, cayenne, and garlic powder, and SPG Trifecta.
  3. Stir and sauté for 5 minutes. Add chicken.  Reduce heat to low and cook covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  4. Remove lid, cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat. Garnish with cilantro and serve with Basmati rice.
