12 radishes, washed and dried
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (preferably European style)
Inspiced French Fleur De Sel
1 French baguette or crusty bread
- Arrange radishes on a plate. Put the butter on the plate or in a small bowl. Put the French Fleur De Sel in a small pile or in a small dish.
- To eat, spread a thin film of butter on the radish and then sprinkle with French Fleur De Sel. You can also thinly slice the radishes and serve on top of buttered and salted baguette pieces.
