  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (approximately 3-4 limes)
  • 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 green chile pepper (such as jalapeno or serrano), stemmed, seeded, and minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2-3 medium avocados, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Inspiced Chile Lime Salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Tortilla chips, for serving


  1. In a large bowl add the shrimp and lime juice.  Stir to evenly coat shrimp and let stand for 5 minutes until the shrimp turn opaque. 
  2. Add the tomatoes, red onion, chile pepper, cilantro and stir to evenly combine with the lime juice and shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Add the chopped avocados, Chile Lime Salt, and pepper.  Stir to combine.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
