1 pound rotini pasta

½ cup olive oil

¼ cup red wine vinegar

1 garlic clove, minced

½ tablespoon Inspiced Good Grecian

½ teaspoon Inspiced Everyday Gourmet

1 English cucumber, diced

¼ cup red onion, roughly chopped

1pint grape tomatoes, halved

8 oz feta cheese, cubed or crumbled

½ cup kalamata olives, pitted



  1. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.  Add a generous handful of salt to the water.  Add pasta and cook about 7-10 minutes.  Drain the pasta and rinse in cold water. 
  2. While the pasta is cooking, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar,  Good Grecian,  and Everyday Gourmet in a small bowl.  Whisk to combine.  When pasta has finished cooking, drain pasta and rinse in cold water.     
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese.  Pour the dressing mixture on top and toss to combine.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
