INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound fresh ahi tuna, cubed
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or liquid aminos
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Inspiced Hawaiian Red Alaea Sea Salt
  • pinch of grated ginger
  • a few slices of red onion, optional for serving

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium size bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Serve chilled with avocado or sticky rice.
