1 slice of bread (sliced thick)
½ ripe avocado
Inspiced Sel Gris
Inspiced Chile Infused Sea Salt (Chile Lime, Spicy Sriracha, Habanero Heat, Give Up The Ghost, Trini Stinger)
Optional:  Toppings of your choice


  1. Toast your slice of bread until golden and firm.
  2. Remove the pit from your avocado and then scoop out the flesh. Put it in a bowl and mash it up with a fork until smooth. Mix in a pinch of Sel Gris (about ⅛ teaspoon). and add more to taste, if desired.
  3. Spread avocado on top of your toast. Top with any extras desired. 
  4. Lightly sprinkle Inspiced Chile Infused Sea Salt of your choice on top.
