BLISTERED 7 SPICE SHISHITO PEPPERS
- Toss the pepper with olive oil in a medium bowl.
- Add the peppers to the preheated grill pan or skillet.
- Grill the peppers, tossing occasionally until the skin is lightly blistered on all sides, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, season generously with Shichimi Togarashi and Inspiced sea salt of your choice.
- Serve immediately.
