  1. Toss the pepper with olive oil in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the peppers to the preheated grill pan or skillet.
  3. Grill the peppers, tossing occasionally until the skin is lightly blistered on all sides, 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, season generously with Shichimi Togarashi and Inspiced sea salt of your choice.
  5. Serve immediately.
