4 cups edamame beans in the pod, frozen
1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 - 1 teaspoon Inspiced Shichimi Togarashi
3/4 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (black or white)
1/2 teaspoon Inspiced French Fleur De Sel, Mayan Fleur De Sel, or Cyprus Flake Sea Salt
- Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in a medium to large pot. Add frozen edamame to the water and cook for approximately five minutes. Strain.
- Add edamame to a boi and mix with toasted sesame oil.
- Sprinkle to taste with Shichimi Togarashi, sesame seeds, and Inspiced Sea Salt. Toss until evenly coated.
Note: Can be eaten at room temperature or cold.
